Our units are located in small and large clusters throughout the neighbourhoods of Nuriootpa, Tanunda and Angaston.

Our Licence to Occupy fees start from as little as $165,000 and range through to $350,000, depending on the size, age, location and amenities of the individual property. This flexibility allows us to cater to a wide range of needs and budgets.
