Rohan Taylor Appointed Chief Business Development at Bethanie

Bethanie, one of Western Australia’s most well known not-for-profit aged care and retirement living providers, has appointed Rohan Taylor (B.Bus, Grad Dip Mgt, Grad Dip Psych) as Chief Business Development. 

Rohan has over 15 years’ senior management experience in the property, financial services and investment industries. Experienced in building effective, commercial relationships, Rohan believes that delivering on promises, both internally and externally, is critical to success.

In his role as Chief Business Development, Rohan is responsible for developing new retirement villages and aged care facilities at Bethanie through successful partnerships with industry. This will add capacity to Bethanie’s already strong presence that spans from Geraldton to Bunbury, and across the Perth metro area. 

With the Australian population ageing and increasing demands on care and accommodation needs for older Australians, Bethanie recognises the need to work with partners in the ongoing development of services for over-55s.

As such, Rohan will be working with developers and other joint venture partners to ensure Bethanie continues to achieve its vision of adapting to the changing needs and expectations of future generations by identifying unique development opportunities across Western Australia.
