Life Under Lockdown at Vasey RSL Care

It's probably safe to say that government restrictions are leaving many of us feeling like caged animals. All we can do is make the best of the situation, keep in touch with those we care about and find ways to look after our physical and mental health. Residents at Vasey RSL Care have been busy with a great range of activities to stay happy and healthy.

With the support and initiative of Vasey RSL Care's lifestyle teams, residents have been taking the lockdown in their stride, enjoying activities such as knitting, learning to use technology, enjoying Christmas in July, spending the whole day in pyjamas, and making sure that those all-important birthdays are celebrated appropriately.

Vasey RSL Care is a not for profit organisation which has grown from a long history of care provision to the ex-service community. Their professional and caring staff have many years of experience in the aged care field, combined with a sound knowledge of the special needs of the veteran community.
