Catholic Homes' Chef Paolo Bravi Receives Prestigious Brightest Star Award

Catholic Homes has announced that Chef Paolo Bravi of Trinity Aged Care was recently awarded the prestigious Brightest Star Award at the IHHC Excellence Award ceremony held at The Raffles Hotel in 2023.

Manager of Hotel Services, Damiano Montagnese, expressed his admiration for Paolo, highlighting that as a State winner, Paolo has earned the opportunity to contend for the highly sought-after national title.

“Paolo's unwavering commitment to meticulously crafting freshly made, high-quality meals for residents, coupled with his dedication to showcasing his extensive culinary expertise, has been truly remarkable," Damiano stated.

The announcement of the national winner will be made at the National IHHC conference, scheduled to be hosted at the Hilton in Adelaide in October.

The IHHC, a distinguished non-profit association for service employees in the aged care and health sectors, has recognised the exemplary performance of several Catholic Homes staff members.
