HomeLife Day Support by Anglican Care is funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), designed for those who need a little support in order to stay active and social. A range of individually tailored programs are offered.
Clients who participate in these day support programs visit the centre once a week (or more) and enjoy the day taking part in a variety of activities including group exercise classes, art and more. Day support programs include morning tea and lunch.

Anglican Care’s day support programs encourage you to engage with other like-minded people while enjoying activities that build new skills, form new friendships and create a great sense of community and belonging. You can choose to take part in the fun activities or choose to do your own thing with the support of the caring on-site team. Each activity is designed to allow you to make the most of the facilities available in a safe and secure environment.

HomeLife Day Support is for seniors that need a little extra support to stay active and social, we offer a range of tailored programs for our two centres. Participants of our day support programs come to our centre once a week (or more) and spend the day doing a variety of activities for example - group exercise, an activity such as art as well as an allied health consultant. Not forgetting the fun and friendships formed when the group sits together and enjoys each others company over a tasty morning tea and lunch which are both included. Our day programs support you to .... You can take part in structured activities or choose to do your own thing with support of our caring team.
