Our Community Home Support Service supports older people. Older people are people aged 65 years and over and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 years and over.

The aim of this program is to assist older people to live at home longer rather than be admitted into long-term residential care.

Assistance includes:

Home support
Independent living skills
Community engagement
Social supports

Anglicare NT is accredited against the Quality Improvement Council Health and Community Services Standards. Reviewed every three years, accreditation will help Anglicare NT to deliver quality client centred services at a recognised national level.
