Carealot ensures each client has access to the right type of services, at the right time, on a day that suits them. We offer support to families throughout the Perth, Peel, and South-West Region of WA.

We will explore the right level of support, introduce you to our qualified staff, walk you through our services offered, any associated fees, and more. We will offer you a total solution of care services in order to support you.

As a Government Approved Provider, we can offer subsidised care via Home Care Packages, DVA, Veterans Community Nursing and Home Care, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and now the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). 

The support provided through a Home Care Package is a coordinated mix of services that can include:

• Meal planning and preparation
• Overnight care
• Emergency 24-hour care
• Social support and companionship.
• Social interaction and companionship
• Transporting assistance
• Light housekeeping.
• Laundry
• Grocery shopping
