Communities@Work Senior Programs

Communities@Work are a team of passionate employees who know and understand our community, with over 42 years’ experience working and living in Canberra.

We offer a range of services included Domestic Assistance and Community Access services for the elderly, to help seniors maximise their independence.

We also deliver transport, social inclusion, recreational and skills development programs for seniors.

We offer federally supported places for our services, which are access through the My Aged Care website.

My Aged Care can assess your eligibility for a place under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
