Noosa Seniors

Noosa Seniors are part of Noosa Council and provides a range of services for clients over the age of 65, (50 years and over Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people) who reside in the Noosa Shire. We are funded through Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home Assist Secure Program (HAS).  To access our activities, you must be registered with My Aged Care (MAC).

Our services include:

• Centre-based day and flexible respite
• Personal care
• Domestic assistance
• Transport to medical appointments
• Social support individual (assisted outings and shopping)
• Social support group
• Minor home maintenance and minor modifications 
• Podiatry
• Living Well Seniors Program
