Very disappointed with Southern Plus. They were my mother's aged care package providers for about an year. They chewed up funding in the name of Case management + Admin fee: 67.56%. In addition to the government funding,, they were also charging $10 per day fee. They are not flexible in changing times for care either. They have their own agreement where they do not need to give monthly statements which is against rules. We moved to another provider who charges only 25% admin + case management fee. Mother is much happier with more care. Please be aware of Southern Plus case management and administration charges of 67.5%
