The VHC program provides a range of home care services designed to maintain health, wellbeing and independence by offering a small amount of practical help on a short-term or ongoing basis.

DVA Gold Card or White Card holders with low care needs can access DVA’s Veterans' Home Care (VHC) program to assist with independent living. The program also supports carers in recognition of the vital role they play in the veteran and defence community.
