The Dementia-Friendly Home app has been launched by Alzheimer’s Australia Vic. Using interactive 3D game technology Unreal Engine, the tablet app provides carers with ideas to make their home more accessible for people living with dementia.

Samsung & Deakin University to Trial In-Home AI Aged Care Technology

Samsung and Deakin University have announced they will carry out a six-week trial of the Holly Project in five residential homes in Geelong, Victoria. The trial will identify how AI (artificial intelligence) technology can help elderly Australians live in their own homes for longer.
