Residents, staff and families at Wesley Mission Queensland’s Parkview residential aged care community, located in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, celebrated Dementia Action Week last week with a concert of classic songs and instrumental performances.
80-year-old Necia Pearce had her own stall selling her handmade crochet items at Arcare Pimpama’s Spring Market Day on September 14, Saturday. She was able to fundraise approximately $442.50 for Cancer Council Australia.
