We are a 79 bed residential aged care facility located in Canley Vale in Sydney’s western suburbs, providing services to the elderly population and particularly those of Indo-Chinese background.

Our purpose built facility is an oriental construction centred around traditional Chinese landscaped gardens, providing a comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable environment for our residents, staff, visitors and volunteers.

ACDMA has a focus on quality, aiming to deliver services with integrity and providing excellence in care to meet the individual physical, emotional, social, spiritual and cultural needs of those in our care.

The facility is conveniently located adjacent to Canley Vale railway station with excellent transport links across the Sydney region.

Newly built double Brick Single with private ensuite ( with heating and exhaust fan). Equipped with nursing call system in bedroom and bathroom, TV with Chinese programs, Electrical Hi-Low bed, bedside table with drawers, Wardrobe, Tea table, and two chairs. And also telephone socket and data cable socket are provided in the room. Heating and cooling air con. in each room. Anti-slippery vinyl floor. Some rooms with balcony. Sprinkler system.
