Located in the vibrant suburb of Sunshine, our facility boasts a diverse community, reflecting a rich tapestry of backgrounds and cultures. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents.
Cumberland Manor is a 74-bed residential aged care facility, offering a range of accommodation types to suit individual preferences, from shared rooms to spacious single rooms. Our residents enjoy access to a variety of communal spaces, totalling approximately 124m², excluding our beautiful courtyards and gardens.
Our main dining room, seating 60 people, creates a restaurant-like ambiance with its large goldfish aquarium and tasteful interior decorations. Between meals, residents and their visitors can enjoy tea and snacks from our accessible facilities. Additionally, our three lounge rooms and multipurpose room, each comfortably accommodating at least 15 people, are perfect for socialising and recreational activities. Each lounge is equipped with comfortable seating, large LCD TVs with Foxtel, and ample natural light.
Outside, residents can relax in one of our four courtyards, all furnished for comfort and ideal for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. At Cumberland Manor, we are committed to providing a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for all our residents.

Junior suite
Junior Suites are shared rooms which share their ensuite with the adjacent room. These rooms are with located with their windows facing the main street, bringing in plenty of natural sunlight. These rooms are also located near the communal lounges, providing plenty of opportunities to engage and socialise with fellow residents and staff. These rooms have vinyl flooring and are least 11.76msq.
