Curtin Heritage Living is a not-for-profit incorporated association that was founded in 1979 to ensure quality aged care was always available for residents in the Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Claremont and Peppermint Grove community.

Curtin Heritage Living provides aged care for nearly 150 residents in Marine Views Cottesloe and RiverSea Mosman Park, using a person-centred approach to care.

We are proud to offer the highest standard of aged care and retirement living in Perth’s western suburbs.

After over 40 years in the aged care industry, we have a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of our residents. Whether that be providing 24-hour nursing care, personal care or help with day-to-day tasks, we make sure to look at a resident’s quality of life from their perspective.

We are a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) with Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) status.

Our aged care homes and independent livings are surrounded by natural beauty, situated in the premium locations between the Swan River and Indian Ocean.

Our residents get to enjoy living in Perth’s finest and most desirable locations, with many of them highly familiar with the nearby beaches.

Overall, our goal has always been simple – ensure our older local citizens can continue a life well lived, in the later years of their lives.
