Eldercare Evanston Park is a purpose-built aged care facility, providing residents with a welcoming and friendly environment. Eldercare Evanston Park has 100 well-appointed single rooms, each featuring a private ensuite and individually controlled heating and cooling, with some rooms also featuring a kitchenette.
Residents can spend time in the beautiful courtyards and gardens, a tranquil space to enjoy the outdoors.
All meals are prepared fresh on-site every day by the chef, with dietary requirements catered for.
A comprehensive Wellbeing and Lifestyle Program is available to all residents, designed to enhance wellbeing and independence. Activities include walking groups, gardening and woodworking, regular bus trips, cultural events and celebrations, visiting playgroups and more.
