The architect-designed Goodwin House offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to an impressive foyer featuring a large exotic fish tank, grand piano and relaxing lounge.
All our rooms are fully furnished, spacious and beautifully appointed with everything you need to ensure your optimum daily comfort including plenty of storage space, desk and lounge, a bar refrigerator, flat screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and electric bed.

Our level of care considers your overall wellbeing, with services that help you achieve the best quality of life. Our approach is person-centred care, meaning we treat you as a whole person, including mental and emotional wellbeing, not just a “diagnosis”.
We have a geriatrician working closely with our own Aged Care Specialist Nurse Practitioner. They lead regular Registered Nurse clinics with residents to ensure one-to-one attention around their health and wellbeing needs.
This means that you can be assured of the highest quality clinical care available. You will have carers you are familiar with and who know you as well as dedicated activities officers to ensure a quality lifestyle.
Choose onsite freshly cooked meals
At Goodwin, we understand that the social enjoyment of dining is just as important as the nutritional value and quality standards of the food we prepare.
Dining rooms will be designed to be welcoming spaces for residents to socialise with each other, with room to entertain family and friends. Residents will also have the option to dine in their room if desired.
All food will be cooked fresh in our onsite commercial kitchen. Designed by a committee of nutritionists, aged care experts and quality hotel industry professionals, including our head chef.

Premier Singles Room - Single room + ensuite. First floor accommodation provides residents with access to private lounge areas, sitting areas, library/lounge, TV room and a private dining area for family and friends to enjoys with their loved ones. First floor residents also have access to a day spa bath and wellness centre.
Single room + ensuite. First floor accommodation provides residents with access to private several private areas, including, lounge areas, sunny sitting areas, library/lounge, TV room and dining area for family and friends to enjoys with their loved ones.
Premier Extra Services Single - Single room + ensuite. These second floor rooms provide residents with access to private lounge areas, private sitting areas, private library/lounge, private TV room and a private dining area for family and friends to enjoys with residents.
Single Extra Services Room - Single room + ensuite. These rooms are located on the second floor and provide residents with access to private lounge areas, sitting areas, library/lounge, TV room and dining area for family and friends to enjoy with their loved ones.
Couples Room - Shared room + ensuite. First floor accommodation provides residents with access to private lounge areas, sitting areas, library/lounge, TV room and a dining area for family and friends to enjoys with loved ones. First floor residents also have access to a day spa/bath and wellness centre.
Couples Extra Services Room - Shared room + ensuite. Second floor accommodation provides residents with access to private lounge areas, private sitting areas, private library/lounge, private TV room and a private dining area for family and friends to enjoys with residents.
