Our home is situated close to public transport, shops and the cliff tops of Vaucluse which provide ideal opportunities for outings.
Enjoying a variety of delicious, nutritionally balanced meals is not only an important part of maintaining good health, it’s an important part of your day. Our kitchen team provides fresh meals that are prepared at our home and served straight to you.
Compassionate people, dedicated to care
At Vaucluse, we pride ourselves on the excellent care services we provide to every person living in our home. It is our people that make a real difference in our residents’ lives every day.
We have multidisciplinary care teams made up of a Director of Nursing, registered nurses, assistants in nursing, lifestyle officers and other support staff working 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our dedicated staff are fully trained and undergo regular training to ensure that we fulfil our commitment to providing the highest quality of care and ensure that you or your loved one feel well cared for.
We have the expertise to assist with complex care requirements, and will always discuss your care requirements with you and your family. Your General Practitioner can visit you at Vaucluse, or you can choose to have your records transferred to one of our visiting general practitioners. Other health professionals such as physiotherapists, speech pathologists, dieticians, podiatrists, dentists and opticians are arranged as required to assist in supporting our residents care.
We offer a wide range of services and maintain strong links to our local community. Our Lifestyle Officers coordinate a comprehensive and creative activities program which includes bus trips, craft sessions, pampering days, pastoral visits, special events, barbeques in our gardens and much more.
Most importantly, we are responsive to the individual needs of our residents and ensure that everyone at Vaucluse feels comfortable and at home.

Each year AACQA (Australian Aged Care Quality Agency) delivers the Better Practices Awards to the aged and community care sector to recognise and foster better practice and innovation within the aged care industry.
