RAAFA - Karri & Tuart Lodge

Category 1: TUART - SINGLE ROOM Standard room with private ensuite and electronic high/low adjustable bed, pressure relieving mattress, bedside table, built in wardrobe, lockable storage, armchair and visitor chair. Temperature is controlled by individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning units. All rooms at Tuart Lodge have reverse cycle air-conditioning and direct access to outdoor gardens and pathways. Room size is 16m2.

Category 1: JASMINE HOUSE - Dementia Specific SINGLE ROOM Deluxe room with private ensuite and an electronic bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe. There are two nurse call points installed to provide choice of bedroom set up. These large rooms have an abundance of natural lighting and uninterrupted outlook onto garden and or courtyard areas. Jasmine House is surrounded by beautiful gardens which are overlooked by many bedrooms and provide pleasant outdoor areas for residents to enjoy.

Category 2: TUART - SINGLE ROOM Standard room with private ensuite and an electronic bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe. There are two nurse call points installed to provide choice of bedroom set up. Floor to ceiling windows and doors provide direct access to small external patio and garden pathways. The Tuart Lodge has security screens installed on all bedroom doors opening into small patio and garden areas. Room size is 12m2.

Category 1: KARRI - SINGLE ROOM Premium room with private ensuite and electronic high/low adjustable bed, pressure relieving mattress, bedside table, built in wardrobe, lockable storage, armchair and visitor chair. Rooms are provided with nurse call points and telephone connection capability. All rooms at the Karri Lodge have direct access to private patio and garden areas. Room size is 16m2.

Category 2: JASMINE HOUSE - Dementia Specific SINGLE room with private ensuite and electronic high/low adjustable bed, pressure relieving mattress, bedside table, built in wardrobe, lockable storage, occasional table, armchair and visitor chair.

Category 3: TUART - SINGLE ROOM Premium room with ensuite and an electronic bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe. There are two nurse call points installed to provide choice of bedroom set up. Ensuites are very spacious with floor to ceiling tiling and 3 in 1 heat light exhaust fans. Floors are covered with high quality carpet. Room size is 16m2. All rooms at Tuart Lodge have reverse cycle air-conditioning and direct access to outdoor gardens and pathways.

Category 3: JASMINE HOUSE - Dementia Specific SINGLE room with private ensuite and electronic high/low adjustable bed, pressure relieving mattress, bedside table, built in wardrobe, lockable storage, occasional table, armchair and visitor chair.

This generous size suite comprises of a bedroom and ensuite that is separated by a sliding door from a sitting room and kitchenette. The Karri Lodge provides rooms with nurse call points and landline telephone connection capability. Floors are covered with high quality carpets. Room size is 26m2.

Category 4: JASMINE HOUSE - Dementia Specific SINGLE room with private ensuite and electronic high/low adjustable bed, pressure relieving mattress, bedside table, built in wardrobe, lockable storage, occasional table, armchair and visitor chair.
