Regents Garden - Scarborough Condocare

Having had the gut wrenching experience of seeing my Dad made to live in a Nursing Home 20 years ago, I was not looking forward to now finding one for her mum who has developed dementia. After stumbling blocks with our Home Care Service Provider of 3 years, a small miracle happened...I found Regents Garden new facility Scarborough CondoCare!!! WOW - These facilities (and there are now 5 of them in Perth) are simply breathtaking! It's like arriving at a 6 star luxury resort in Bali and for good reason. The owner is an Indonesian Architect who Designs, Builds, Finances and operates these truly magnificent facilities. Residences have their own phone point, Large TV, balcony, ultra-modern ensuite, kitchenette with small fridge and electric beds. The suites are huge and unlike any that we had viewed. Mum will be living her life in luxury and beauty, surrounded by people who truly care. The complex has its own small Picture Theatre...A private beautifully appointed dining room for special family occasions...a rooftop terrace with Piano and BBQ facilities and individual dining rooms on each level with Linen tablecloths and ornate period style furniture. Our first impression of this complex was first class and it just got better. The residents were all smiling as were the staff who could not do enough for both visitors and residents alike. The ground floor lobby area Cafe has self-serve coffee and tea machines with biscuits for residents and guests alike. The complex also houses: + A small Gym + Hairdressing Salon + 105 spacious suites with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and private balcony + Residences for singles and couples + Dedicated floor for residents who have dementia and require specialised care + A la carte menus prepared daily by our in-house chef + Wine, beer, spirits as well as non-alcoholic beverages are served during lunch and dinner + Full wi-fi + Rooftop piano lounge with BBQ and bar area + Beautiful function hall + Café and alfresco area + Three landscaped garden areas with herb-garden and vegetable patch + Privacy, safety and security My heartfelt thanks to Caroline and Jenny for making the transition to permanent care for our mum so stress free and easy and to Julie for recommending Scarborough Condocare. Every staff member we have encountered are warm, and loving and show a great deal of respect and understanding for all the residents in their care. My mum could not be in better hands!
