Our Services

At Roseneath we offer:

  • 15 Hostel Beds
  • 11 Beds in a Dementia Specific Area
  • A Home and a Lifestyle
  • Fully trained and qualified registered staff members are on duty 24 hours a day for peace of mind and support.
  • Staff also provide a professional personal laundry services and daily room servicing.

As well as offering a range of in house care Roseneath also offers a range of specialist care from outside the facility which include:
 
Medical Practitioners; Residents may choose their preferred medical practitioner and are encouraged to retain their current medical practitioner where practicable.

Physiotherapy; Physiotherapy; to maximise your comfort and independence Physio can be arranged through the Glen Innes & District Hospital. Alternatively, Roseneath has a Physio Aide on staff and regular visits occur by a trained Physiotherapist from Armidale’s Division of General Practice.

Podiatry; to provide comfort and optimise mobility can be provided, enquiries can be made via the administration office.

Hairdressing; a qualified hairdresser attends Roseneath every Monday. Alternatively residents may choose to attend their preferred hairdresser.

Religious activities; all individual religious preference and cultures are respected and welcomed. Representatives from all denominations visit and conduct services on a regular basis.
7 Day Activities Program; including Sundowners Program in Dementia & weekly bus outings.
 
Daily Activities

  • Roseneath also provides a number of daily activities and social outings tailored to meet residents interests and lifestyle and maintain community links and personal choices.
  • Forthcoming events are publicised on Roseneath notice boards as well as a monthly newsletter which includes an activities calendar to keep residents up to date on the up coming events.
  • The library also provides a service at Roseneath.
  • Activities held range from art, craft, music, visiting entertainers, cards, outings and we also have an exercise group for all residents which is held twice a week.
  • One of our activities officers is a gentleman, who not only assists with the normal activities programs, but also runs a Men’s Program, which includes outings to the local clubs for a quiet ale, and a quick round of snooker!

  • Spam Content: Please no spam. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with an aged care provider. Do not include promotional content or advertising in any form. Duplicate material will not be accepted.
  • Telephone Numbers and Web Links: To prevent adverts and spam, we do not permit phone numbers or web links.
  • Hate Speech: We do not allow reviews that advocate against people based on their ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Aged Care Reviews is not a complaints system. Reviews must be fair and reasonable. Any defamatory statements reflecting a personal experience that has not yet been taken up with the respective provider will not be accepted. If you have a personal complaint to make about an aged care facility we encourage you to contact your provider directly using the details provided on their listing. Alternatively you can submit a complaint via the Government’s Aged Care Complaints Scheme.
