Our Retirement Villas have been designed for those people who are seeking a special quality in their life. All villas have two bedrooms, dining area and living room, with full kitchens and separate laundry. The landscaped gardens feature a BBQ area, children’s playground and large inground pool. All villa residents can enjoy the added benefit of having access to onsite care and support options, with 24 hour on-site management.

Our 77 bed hostel facility offers you the opportunity of receiving a low level of care through to a high level of care without even having to move rooms. Sir James Terrace embraces the ageing in place philosophy which means the level of care provided increases as your care needs increase.
