St Basil’s in Croydon Street focuses on the lifestyle, traditions and customs of Greek-speaking residents. Residents are served authentic Greek meals, enjoy watching Greek television and movies. Residents can rest and unwind one of the homes lounges or courtyard gardens.
Freshly cooked meals are served throughout the day in the communal dining room. Residents can also enjoy spending time in the separate living area or internal courtyard. Residents are welcome to assist in preparing simple meals and refreshments in the large, open kitchen.
The Olive Grove provides individual care for each resident living with dementia. Meals are specially prepared, diversional therapy programs are offered and there are secure indoor and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy.
St Basil’s on Haldon Street is ideal for those looking for care but also wanting to retain their independence. Residents will have the peace of mind know that there is help close by if they need it.

Room size is 31.6m2. Clients suffering from dementia require the specialist care provided at The Olive Grove Unit, within the Lakemba complex. This purpose built facility provides nursing care, diversional therapy activities, accommodation and menus specific to the needs of our clients.
