We provide trusted advice and support for you to stay independent make choices about your lifestyle and get the best from every day.
At St Louis, you have your own care and support team and a coordinator who works with you to ensure your lifestyle choices and home care needs are supported in everything we do together. The support we provide is as individual as you.
Home Care Packages provide older people access to government-funded care and services allowing them to continue to live at home. We welcome Home Care Packages Levels 1,2,3 and 4, Private Home care, and a combination of both. St Louis Home Care is a trusted home care provider in Adelaide and Victor Harbor.

St Louis Nursing Home is a boutique 55-bed extra-service nursing home located in Parkside providing person-centred residential care.
We embrace an individualised approach based on your positive aspects and strengths with a holistic focus to support you to live each day to the fullest. With a focus on health and well-being our everchanging ala-carte menu of delicious home-cooked dietician-approved meals are all prepared on-site in our kitchen.
Our residents enjoy 24-hour Nursing support and one of the highest carer-to-resident ratios in Adelaide. Our Nurse-led support team is professional, dedicated, and passionate. Qualified, trained, and experienced to provide exceptional care and personalised innovative support for wellbeing, ageing in place, and dementia care. All rooms have their ensuite and we have three choices available to meet your needs and requirements.

St Louis Homes is a registered provider in Younger Onset Dementia providing, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), and day respite. St Louis Homes provides a safe and secure place for people living with younger onset dementia, they are purpose-built and designed to be warm, and welcoming and encourage independence
We provide exceptional support for people living with Younger Onset Dementia. With our model of support, we work alongside and empower people living with younger onset dementia to make choices about how they spend their day and to have meaningful engagement and social connection while being actively involved in the home and community.
