Trinity Manor provides a boutique standard of accommodation and services that includes many features that are normally extras. Whether an elder is with us for Low Care, High Care, Dementia Care or Respite, they receive the same high level of accommodation, meals and entertainment as every other resident. These superior features include private rooms with ensuites, quality furnishings, flat screen TVs, spa facilities, internal/external recreation areas, smart room technology, controlled menus carefully planned by dietitians, beverages, BBQ’s, daily newspapers and physiotherapy services.

We so very much appreciate the wonderful care and attention that Dad receives at Trinity Manor. Dad was so happy to return to Trinity and he even kissed Shima’s hand when he saw her (she was the Care Manager that night) - he was so grateful to be amongst caring and smiling people. In particular I would also like to thank Bea - she has been amazing with getting Dad to drink, asking the staff to ensure he has a drink every hour and encouraging him to eat, when even I am unable to get him to take another spoonful of food. He seemed quite improved yesterday with all this care. And contrary to his experience in hospital, he is warm and as comfortable as he can be, given the circumstances. Please pass on our utmost thanks to Tess, Bea, Candice, Anoop, Jasmine for their assistance with my family and all the staff for taking such wonderful care of Stan at this time.

“ The family of Beryl wish to thank you all for your devoted care for her in the months that she very quickly called “home”. We never would have believed how quickly she settled in to her lovely room, and I will take comfort in my memories of her sitting looking out at the trees, plants, sky and clouds. During discussion on the care and service provided to him, Ian happily said that “ Caring at trinity is excellent and rightly as they say”, the standard of service is fantastic and I recommend many of my friends and others to seriously think of Trinity Manor at any stage. I am happy and exited to have my Carl (his pet dog) with me. I feel proud that I get an opportunity to give lectures to the staff and share my knowledge and experience with them and keep in touch with my past”.
