Rosetta Park Independent Living Units
36 stunning 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments designed by award-winning architects Allen, Jack + Cottier. The apartments have modern finishes such as stone bench-tops, black ceramic cook-tops and stainless steel oven and range-hood. Easy to use appliances make maintaining your home a breeze. For peace of mind Rosetta Park has 24 hr monitoring nurse call-assist buttons, secure storage and basement car parking. Some apartments have district views with large balconies for entertaining family and friends.

Redleaf Serviced Apartments
52 superbly appointed fully serviced and secure apartments for those who may need a little assistance from time to time. Offering comfort and style, independence and community spirit, 24 hour nurse call-assist buttons, meals and cleaning provided are all standard features. Each of the three levels has its own beautifully appointed lounge room for get-togethers and well-equipped laundries for personal washing. We have organized bus trips, happy hours, morning teas, clothing displays, gift & jewellery displays, bingo, a knitters circle and many other organised events.

Thomas & Rosetta Agst Aged Care Service
A beautifully appointed 29 bed nursing home and 17 room hostel on site with staff available around the clock. Special emphasis is placed on ensuring the comfort, security and privacy of residents. Comfort, dignity, self-esteem and happiness are continually evaluated to help ensure an excellent level of care.

A 15 bed Dementia Specific Facility offering care with the aim to provide a well-maintained, home-like environment with carers who can assess and address individual needs. Meals are served in a communal dining room. Communal sitting and activity areas are available as are varied activities programs.

There are also 24 independent living units located on another site offering 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with garages. UPA Sydney North – Aged Care Services offer a weekly shopping bus for the residents’ convenience plus other organized activities.

Community Care Packages
UPA Sydney North – Aged Care Services have 44 community care packages for people living within the Hornsby Shire and Ku-ring-gai areas. This service provides assistance to seniors living in their own home. Assistance can include post-operative care, transport, shopping, laundry and light household duties.     

Access to government aid programs, carer support activities and aids to assist independent living are some of the support services available as required.
