UPA Woodlands Grove Retirement Village

Woodlands Grove is a part of Woodlands Retirement Village and is situated on the left side as you enter. It comprises of 24 two-bedroom units, with 23 of them featuring an attached garage with internal access and automatic garage door openers, set amidst beautifully landscaped grounds.

These units have been designed and constructed in compliance with the State Environmental Planning Policy No 5 (SEPP5) to cater to the needs of older individuals and people with disabilities.

The units face north and feature a modern, open-plan design with an attractive decoration, providing maximum accessibility within the unit.

For peace of mind, all units are equipped with ADT emergency call units.
