Whittlesea Lodge provides care and accommodation for residents in a warm and welcoming home-like environment, catering for a range of care needs. Singles and couples are accommodated in a clean, secure and friendly home.
Each bedroom at Whittlesea Lodge include ensuite facilities, built-in wardobes and 32” wall-mounted televisions.
Residents are encouraged to pursue existing hobbies and interests and participate in new activities to build their sense of enjoyment and self-esteem.
The staff strive for excellence in aged care. They are considerate, caring, well-trained and work as a team to ensure residents and their families are made to feel as though they belong, they are important and their opinion matters.
A diverse and engaging person-centred recreation program is conducted in liaison with residents to promote individuality and fulfillment. The program is optional and residents can partake or opt out as they see fit.
Wholesome, fresh meals are prepared onsite. The seasonal menu is approved by a nutritionist and takes individual preferences into account.
All personally labelled clothing and linen is laundered onsite.
