LHI Retirement Services has been operating since 1957 and was inspired by the vision of Mr and Mrs A.B. Schulze who dreamed of providing a very special home for retired people.

Eldercare Trowbridge House is a welcoming and friendly facility with 64 single rooms. Manicured gardens surround the facility, including a secure sensory garden. Residents can enjoy spending time in the beautiful gardens and courtyards with family and friends. Other garden features include arches and benches, sheltered entertaining areas and BBQ facilities.

In between pleasant parklands and Munno Para Shopping Plaza sits Bolton Clarke Smithfield, a facility offering permanent care for both high and low level clients in an environment that compensates fragility yet still encourages risk-taking and life fulfillment.
