South Port is a high care residential aged care facility located on the border of Gasworks Art Park in Albert Park. It was established in 1981, as a result of a great community effort and still retains a role as a community hub.

Set amongst beautiful landscaped grounds and surrounding parklands, Kew Gardens Aged Care is a new Extra Service residential care facility, occupying a prime residential location adjacent to and overlooking the magnificent Alexandra Gardens in close proximity to the Kew Junction and its shopping strip, the Kew Library and several major hospitals.

Hamer Court Hostel provides a supportive and welcoming home for 28 men, offering private bedrooms and bathrooms alongside shared facilities designed to foster comfort and connection. Communal spaces include a dining room, lounge area, kitchen with additional dining capacity, computer facilities, laundry, and courtyard. Residents can also access outdoor smoking areas and exercise equipment, promoting a balanced and active lifestyle. The thoughtful design of Hamer Court creates a sense of community while respecting each individual’s privacy and independence.
