Hawthorn’s Victoria Gardens is a 31-bed Supported Residential Service (SRS) facility located in the heart of Hawthorn, Victoria. Known for its warm and welcoming environment, the facility provides personalised care and support to residents, ensuring comfort and a sense of community. The accommodation includes private and shared rooms designed to cater to individual preferences, with well-maintained communal areas that foster social interaction and engagement.  

Nestled in the heart of leafy Reservoir, just a two-minute walk from the local high street, Bolton Clarke The Ashley is well known in the area for quality care that feels like home. Established for almost two decades, we’ve kept many of our original staff, and our open door to families and friends means that on any day of the week you’ll find people having a laugh over a coffee or chatting in our landscaped gardens.

Hope Aged Care Sunshine provides high level care nursing to 65 residents. Rooms are available in single or double configurations with ensuites. There are 3 lounge rooms, dining room and a large function room which is available for private family gatherings, meetings and spiritual worship. Outside we have 5 courtyards.

Doutta Galla Woornack provides quality aged care and accommodation overlooking the willow trees and grasslands of Kooroit Reserve, located close to local shops and publish transport. The residence is designed with wellbeing in mind, consisting of four interlinked houses, each with its own social area and courtyard.

Hamer Court Hostel provides a supportive and welcoming home for 28 men, offering private bedrooms and bathrooms alongside shared facilities designed to foster comfort and connection. Communal spaces include a dining room, lounge area, kitchen with additional dining capacity, computer facilities, laundry, and courtyard. Residents can also access outdoor smoking areas and exercise equipment, promoting a balanced and active lifestyle. The thoughtful design of Hamer Court creates a sense of community while respecting each individual’s privacy and independence.
