CaSPA’s Emerald Hill Residence is located on the site of the old St Vincent’s Boys Home in the quiet leafy suburb of South Melbourne. It is designed over four levels and provides care and accommodation to 146 residents. 

South Port is a high care residential aged care facility located on the border of Gasworks Art Park in Albert Park. It was established in 1981, as a result of a great community effort and still retains a role as a community hub.

Rosstown Community is a 53 bed facility with 27 rooms downstairs and 27 rooms on the first floor, easily accessible by elevator. The rooms all have a private ensuite the average room size is 17 square meters excluding the ensuite.

Spurway Community is a 30 bed aged care facility constructed as 3 modern style cottages, each cottage promotes a home-like environment, with a lounge, dining room and kitchenette.

Estia Health Yarra Valley is a welcoming aged care home, providing individualised care and accommodation for residents in a picturesque countryside setting. The residence features a number of bright and spacious living areas and outdoor garden spaces with plenty of room to relax and entertain.
