TriCare is a private, Queensland-owned aged care company that operates 17 residential aged care centres, seven retirement villages and a range of home care services across southeast Queensland. They also have one retirement village in Melbourne and another in Hastings Point, NSW.
TriCare operates under a Board of Directors, who oversee a team of experienced and committed aged care professionals.
Because people are the greatest asset of the organisation, TriCare is constantly striving to develop the skillset of its staff. By placing importance on values of trust and confidence, TriCare staff have gained a reputation for credibility in the industry.
Quality Assurance programmes support TriCare’s standards of care, which are now acknowledged as a benchmark for quality of care in the industry. TriCare continues to implement Australian-first initiatives, leading the way in self-insurance and staff self-improvement.
By striving to not only maintain industry standards, but exceed them, TriCare has raised the standard of aged care. In areas of equal employment opportunity, research and development, regulatory standards, food and hygiene service and dementia management, TriCare has been independently recognised.
With these sound credentials, residents and clients can take full confidence that their move into a TriCare facility, or the TriCare services delivered to their home, will provide much security and happiness.
