CaSPA’s Emerald Hill Residence is located on the site of the old St Vincent’s Boys Home in the quiet leafy suburb of South Melbourne. It is designed over four levels and provides care and accommodation to 146 residents. 

The Alba Residential Care Suites, nestled in the heart of South Melbourne, stands as a beacon of modern aged care excellence. CaSPA Care has two community based organisations, Claremont Home and South Port Nursing Home. The two facilities have been providing residential aged care for a long time, Claremont has provided care for over 50 years and South Port has provided care for over 30 years.
