Amana Living – St George’s Home is located in Bayswater, just 15 minutes from Perth’s CBD. Bedrooms are light and airy and have beautiful views over the gardens. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. There are six large lounge areas located throughout the home, where residents can relax or spend time with family and friends.

Southern Cross Care WA Villa Pelletier is centrally located in the leafy, well established suburb of West Leederville, providing accommodation and support for 40 residents. The home was purpose built to support residents and also offers short term respite accommodation which can assist with a smooth transition into permanent placement.

Aegis Ascot Transitional Care Program provides the highest standard of care, therapy and allied health services. A social worker is available to assist in assessing CAP options and for assisting families to find a permanent place of residence.
