The house is within easy reach of local shops, parklands and public transport. ach bedroom suite is filled with natural light and opens out onto landscaped gardens or stunning views from a balcony. Each suite has a private sitting area with a kitchenette, separate bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Regents Garden – Lake Joondalup is located north of Perth’s CBD and provides exceptional aged care and accommodation for residents in a beautiful home-like environment.

Located in Innaloo, Brightwater Birralee is a suburban home for a group of 30 permanent residents and 30 transition care clients, providing high quality care for people with a range of different needs, including those with advanced dementia. Birralee has 30 permanent private rooms that span across two individual houses.
