Helping Hand – Belair offers an onsite community centre and BBQ facility for residents to enjoy, plus we are close to the local shopping precinct. Located at the top of a hill face with magnificent views over Adelaide, Belair is central to all local facilities with convenient access to public transport and the community shopping bus. We have perimeter and visitor parking available for when loved ones visit.

We have 25 resident-funded living units available in neutral tones, which feature:

  • Lounge/dining area
  • One bedroom

There are another 13 resident-funded units that are tastefully decorated with a neutral décor, which feature:

Community Life

There is a community centre available for social activities, private functions and meetings. We have security lighting placed throughout the village for your safety and peace of mind, plus perimeter parking and nearby visitor parking.

There’s weekly access to the local City of Mitcham community bus, making it easier to get around town.

  • Spam Content: Please no spam. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with an aged care provider. Do not include promotional content or advertising in any form. Duplicate material will not be accepted.
  • Telephone Numbers and Web Links: To prevent adverts and spam, we do not permit phone numbers or web links.
  • Hate Speech: We do not allow reviews that advocate against people based on their ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Aged Care Reviews is not a complaints system. Reviews must be fair and reasonable. Any defamatory statements reflecting a personal experience that has not yet been taken up with the respective provider will not be accepted. If you have a personal complaint to make about an aged care facility we encourage you to contact your provider directly using the details provided on their listing. Alternatively you can submit a complaint via the Government’s Aged Care Complaints Scheme.

Helping Hand Achieves Inclusive Employer Status, Exceeding National Benchmark

In October 2022, Helping Hand were awarded Inclusive Employer status by the Diversity Council of Australia. 119 staff took part in the survey. According to the Diversity Council of Australia (DCA), everyone benefits when an organisation takes action to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
