Country Club Villages Rosebank has many village facilities for residents to enjoy, including an outdoor bowling green, activities centre and BBQ facilities. We are located just eight minutes from the Ballarat centre and are close to the local shops in Sebastopol for your convenience. Each of our Country Club Villages provides a refined lifestyle with recreation, relaxation and security in a friendly atmosphere.

Independent Living

Our village has been developed based on the principal of independent living and has 104 one, two and three bedroom units available. Our units are set amongst landscaped gardens situated around our centrally located community facilities.

You are welcome to come and see the village for yourself, during our open inspection hours between 10am-12 noon or 2pm-4pm Monday to Friday. Or you can phone to book an appointment.

To enhance your lifestyle, you’ll find onsite manager and management offices as well as a 24 hour medical emergency call system.

About the Village

Country Club Village Rosebank was opened in July 1993 in Charlotte Street, Sebastopol. The village is conveniently located close to the Sebastopol shopping centre and is just minutes from the centre of Ballarat.

The village is set across 10 acres and overlooks a picturesque setting.
