The community includes 10 independent living units in 2 two-storey buildings linked by walkways. There are 6 two-bedroom units, 2 one-bedroom units with study area and 2 one-bedroom units.

Each unit contains a kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and internal laundry. They have built-in cupboards, carpets, blinds, light fittings, security door, fly screens on all windows and external doors and feature an emergency call system.
