Warrina Park Retirement Village is located in Paradise, providing 13 well-appointed independent living units and 12 modern serviced apartments in beautiful landscaped surroundings.
Each independent living unit is fitted with a spacious kitchen, a well-appointed bathroom, good sized laundry and reverse cycle heating and cooling.
All meals are provided, as are laundry and cleaning services.
The on-site serviced apartments offer the best of both worlds, where you can live your retirement independently knowing there is help on hand whenever you need it. Serviced apartments offer a great sense of community, wellbeing and peace of mind, within the secure surrounds of the retirement village.
Your very own outdoor alfresco dining area is absolutely beautiful, looking over your private garden.
Warrina Park Retirement Village is co-located with Warrina Park Residential Aged Care.

My wife and I moved into Warrina Park when it first opened in 1997, life has had many changes since then, and Warrina has helped me through them, for which I am continuously thankful.
Just want to say what great staff we have at our apartments, well chosen and with whom I feel each resident has a personal relationship. Each and every member of staff go beyond the call of duty many times. Each resident is treated equality, and according to his or her need. Nothing is too much trouble. Makes life so easy and happy for us here. We are never afraid to ask for help if it is needed, or something extra to be done. It amazes me sometimes when staff are in the dining room, each of them know our likes and dislikes, how many sugars in a cuppa, who doesn't eat potato or soup...the list goes on and on. During this Coronavirus period, the staff have been well aware how few visitors we all have and go that extra mile in many ways to support us. Thank you Andrew (CEO) for supporting our caring staff. They are wonderful people, who have become friends to us all.
Living at the Serviced Apartments in Paradise is the best decision I have ever made.
The minute I walked in and saw the view from the balcony I fell in love with the Serviced Apartment. All staff are cheerful, helpful and very approachable. My apartment has a beautiful big lounge area with lovely facilities. I love that I have structure in my day and I am close to my husband who lives in the Residential Care Facility next to me. Together we can walk along Linear Park and take in the views.
I value Warrina very much. Having boarded in four different places in my early years. Then married a very good cook and housekeeper, I have had a wide range of living experience and feel very lucky to be at Warrina Homes.
