Our team of more than 55 clinical and care staff have a deep understanding of the essentials of good client care and a shared passion for working with clients in their own home.

Our team is led by owners Peter and Jennifer Frendin.

Peter Frendin - CEO / Registered Nurse

Peter is qualified in Nursing and Midwifery, with postgraduate credentials in Health Services Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has served as a Consumer and Community Advisor for the Cancer Institute NSW and as a board member for the Aboriginal Health Council (Western NSW PHN) and CASPA, a charity supporting vulnerable children and families.

Jennifer Frendin - Advisor & Registered Nurse

Jennifer has more than 40 years’ experience in rural and remote nursing, mental health, counselling, and management. She holds qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Midwife, Mental Health Nurse, and a Diploma of Management, among others, with strong ties to the Northern Rivers community.
