Our office proudly serves a diverse client base, with the majority of our clients coming from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. We understand the importance of cultural familiarity and communication, and we work closely with families to ensure care is tailored to each individual’s background, preferences, and values.

Our team is led by Andrew Sharkawi, Client Care Manager. Andrew is a qualified podiatrist with a degree from the University of Newcastle and more than 10 years of experience in healthcare and business management.  He has led multiple clinics and care services, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, personalised aged care.

Our community commitment

We regularly conduct community talks and engagement sessions at churches, community centres, and cultural organisations across the Inner West. Our team are active members of our local church, which has helped us build trusted relationships and a strong reputation within the community. Our team of 15 each play a vital role in the community and in delivering consistent, high-quality care and support.
