Pennwood Home Services specialises in servicing people of Serbian and other Eastern European background that live in the City of Charles Sturt, the City of West Torrens and the City of Port Adelaide.

To access one of Pennwood’s packages, the older person needs to first be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to determine the level of care required.

The Pennwood HCP can be delivered via Consumer Directed Care (CDC). This method of payment allows the older person and their carer to have greater control over which services they wish to increase or decrease as their needs progress.

Pennwood offers a range of care service, including assistance with mobility/dexterity, preparing meals, with showering and provision of bandages and dressings for skin care.

Support services include emotional support, cleaning and garden maintenance and personal laundering.

Lastly, Pennwood has a team of clinical professionals from nursing, allied health and therapy backgrounds to assist with any pressing ailment.

  • Spam Content: Please no spam. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with an aged care provider. Do not include promotional content or advertising in any form. Duplicate material will not be accepted.
  • Telephone Numbers and Web Links: To prevent adverts and spam, we do not permit phone numbers or web links.
  • Hate Speech: We do not allow reviews that advocate against people based on their ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Aged Care Reviews is not a complaints system. Reviews must be fair and reasonable. Any defamatory statements reflecting a personal experience that has not yet been taken up with the respective provider will not be accepted. If you have a personal complaint to make about an aged care facility we encourage you to contact your provider directly using the details provided on their listing. Alternatively you can submit a complaint via the Government’s Aged Care Complaints Scheme.
