EACH offers a comprehensive Home Care Package service designed to support older people in maintaining their independence while living at home. Our approach is flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that care is personalised and effective. We provide a wide range of services, including basic garden and home maintenance, assistance with personal care, and nursing care, such as medication management.

Daisy Homes Home Care provides care and support for those who want to remain living independently at home, but need a little extra help with everyday tasks. Care and support services include domestic assistance, personal care, gardening, one-on-one support, transport, and transitional care.  Care is provided throughout southern and eastern Melbourne. Daisy Homes is NDIS approved.

Iris Aged Care provides government-funded home care within private aged care residences located in Ashburton and Hawthorn. Any person currently receiving funded home care in the community can now transfer that funding and have care delivered to them in Iris Manor or Hawthorn Grange without having to get assessed for a residential aged care approval.

The mecwacare Barry Fenton Centre (formerly known as Bowen Street Centre) in Malvern East offers Planned Activity Groups, strength training, podiatry, day trips, activities for people with acquired brain injuries and a dementia support program. Services are offered to people over 65 years of age or who have a disability and are living in the City of Stonnington.
