Aged Care Placement Consultants are professionals who can help you navigate the aged care system.

An aged care placement consultant can guide and advise you on things such as the process of placement, the cost and financial implications involved, finding facilities and services which fit your personal requirements and situation, attending inspections with you at select facilities and many other services.

The fee structure for aged care placement consultants depend on each consultant group. Some consultant groups charge a flat fee for service, whilst others charge an hourly rate.

To learn more about aged care placement consultants, you can read our interview with My Care Path Director Jayne Maini based in Melbourne.
