We were shown some nice residences, but Aurrum Erina had a warmth and friendliness that impressed us. You could feel the care that the staff displayed towards us and the residents.
It is always nice to here that our staff have made a positive impression. They are passionate about delivering great care and welcoming people into the Aurrum family
Care at this facility is excellent. If a complaint it would be the loss of personal clothes etc,despite labeling, but I accept this is very hard to monitor.. Meals are institutional meals, but to be expected.

Each Aurrum site in New South Wales and Victoria recently participated in a fun spring scarecrow building contest. Residents and Aurrum employees came up with a concept for their scarecrow and worked together for about six weeks bringing their masterpieces to life.
