Southern Cross Care WA Margaret Hubery House is located within the riverside neighbourhood of Rossmoyne providing a high level of care to its 65 residents. Margaret Hubery House supports residents with high care needs and also provides temporary respite care, permanent aged care and dementia support services.
The dedicated team at Southern Cross Care WA Margaret Hubery House work around the clock to provide the residents with onsite nursing, personal care, medication management and hospitality services. Residents also receive support from allied health professionals.
This purpose-built aged care home has been built with wide hallways and movement sensor lighting within residents' bathrooms. Ensuites are within sight of each bed. All bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas include emergency call bells and enclosed walkways between houses.
The tranquil outdoor areas provide residents with a safe and secure and safe environment where they can participate in a variety of activities.

Our well maintained single rooms are approximately 10m2 in size and feature a private ensuite. They have been designed to create a warm and homelike environment and include bedside tables, built in wardrobes and shelves. For the comfort of our residents, the bathrooms include a 3-in-1 ducted heat/light/exhaust ceiling fixture and individually-controlled reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. Nearly all the rooms feature views of the landscaped gardens or courtyards and are within close proximity to the communal areas, gardens and the nurses’ station.
