Hydronic heating is provided throughout the building and there is air conditioning in communal areas, while rooms come with individually controlled ceiling fans. Outside there are landscaped courtyards with pergolas and there is a barbecue available to residents and their families. Paths surround the building allowing plenty of space for a stroll. The largest of the four gardens includes a vegetable patch.
