A 2-storey aged care facility, located within a 14-storey ‘aging-in-place’ vertical-village. Includes two separate spacious combined lounge & dining areas provided on both floor levels, either to the southern frontage overlooking Birdwood Park, or to the north-facing rear urban terrace on the lower level. Balconies off both the front & rear common areas on the upper floor level, with a central internal open void between the floor levels. Disabled access throughout. An inner-city aged care facility, located in close proximity to numerous recreational, hospitality, transport, tourism, cultural & medical services & facilities, with an in-house hairdressing salon.
